St Clair Architecture is excited to announce they have been awarded the first two pilot projects for the NSW Government’s Build to Rent and affordable housing program. Located in Bomaderry on the South Coast and Lismore in the Northern Rivers region, they will each provide 50-60 innovative homes, with high levels of resident amenity, sustainability and housing diversity. We look forward to working with Landcom to develop these important projects.

It all started when…

As part of the NSW Government’s commitment to boosting housing supply and housing diversity in regional New South Wales, Landcom has been tasked with the delivery of ‘Build to Rent’ (BTR) pilot projects on the NSW South Coast and in the Northern Rivers region by 2026. The pilot projects will address the shortfall of appropriate housing stock and provide a more secure, long-term form of tenure for these local communities.
