St Clair Architecture has been selected to lead the first two pilot projects for the NSW Government’s Build to Rent and Affordable Housing program.

Located in Bomaderry and Lismore, the developments will deliver 50–60 homes each, setting a benchmark for resident amenity, sustainability and housing diversity.

It all started when…

In response to growing housing need in regional New South Wales, the NSW Government has initiated Build to Rent pilot projects on the South Coast and in the Northern Rivers region.

Led by Landcom and targeted for delivery by late 2026, the projects aim to expand housing choice and provide more stable, long-term rental options for local communities.
